3. Install the bushing 5, a new O-ring 6,
the bushing 7, and the washer 8 onto
the swivel bracket.
4. Install the steering yoke 9 onto the
steering arm 3, making sure that they
are both facing in the same direction (a
and b are aligned).
5. Hold the steering arm 3, and then strike
the steering yoke 9 until the slot c for
installing the circlip is visible.
6. Install the circlip 0.
