CHAPTER 7 PICK-UP / FEEDING SYSTEM
7) As if to lift the leading edge of the transfer
drum sheet, peel off the sheet.
If adhesive remains on the
ring of the transfer drum,
be sure to remove it com-
pletely.

3. Attaching the Transfer Drum Sheet

Do not touch the area on
the transfer drum sheet
where paper will be at-
tracted.
1) Shift the locking lever of the transfer
blade and the attraction brush in
clockwise direction to release them.
2) Clean the area where double-sided tape is
attached on the transfer drum ring with
alcohol.
3) Turn the ring so that the ring linking plate
[1] is positioned as shown.
