Step Checks
1 Is 24 V present between J375-1 and
-2 on the laser scanner driver PCB?
2 Replace the laser scanner motor. Is
the problem corrected?

1 Replace the laser controller unit. Is
the problem corrected?
Step Checks
1 Is power present at J1200 on the
laser controller PCB?

2 Is there a fault in the connection
between J2009 on the CPU PCB
and J1206 on the laser controller
PCB?
