The service representative's installation responsibilities include the
following:

Installing the switch in a rack (if the switch did not arrive in a
rack)
•
Connection power cords.
•
Powering up the switch.
•
Changing the IP address to the customer requested values.
•
Preparing the switch for the customer or some consultant to
configure.
IBM does not install the EFCM Basic program, install the
management server, or configure the machine for use.
