6. If required, connect the management server to the customer's
Ethernet LAN segment or Ethernet hub (private LAN interface).
To connect the management server:
a. As shown in

b. Connect the remaining end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN as
follows:
• If the management server is installed on a
customer-supplied LAN segment, connect the cable to the
LAN as directed by the customer's network administrator.
• If the management server is installed on the Ethernet hub,
connect the cable to any available hub port.
