Shutting Down and Powering Off the Octane2 Workstation

Using the Toolchest to Shut Down

If you are logged in with your root password, you can use the System menu in the
Toolchest to shut down your system.
1. Choose Toolchest > System > System Shutdown.
After a few seconds a shutdown caution message appears, as shown in Figure 1-26.
