Click Apply when done. You are now finished with the W310 and W110 (LAP)
configuration, go to Step 10.

Step 10: Copy the Running Configuratin to the Startup Configuration

Copy the running configuration to the startup configuration. From the menu bar, select
Actions and then Commit. This saves and re-executes the settings specified in this
procedure.

W310 Wireless Network Configuration Using the Command Line Interface

Step 1: Entering the CLI

Log on to the W310 and you are placed in the W310 CLI. The command line should appear
as follows.
W310-1(super)#
The default username and password is root.

Step 2: Review the W310 Default Settings

By default, the default settings will allow you to proceed. These settings will allow client/
W110 (LAP) connectivity to a Windows Domain Controller environment using Open
authentication.
The default settings for the W310 and its ports are determined by the W310 firmware. Both
defaults are shown in the tables that follow.
