Default Actions

When no rule matches a packet, the W310 applies the default action for the list. The
following table shows the default action for each type of policy list:
List
Access control list
QoS list

Deleting a Policy List

To delete an access control list, type
list you want to delete. To delete a QoS list, type no
list you want to delete.

Attaching policy lists to an interface

The following policy lists are attached to each interface on the Avaya W310 WLAN
Gateway:
Ingress Access Control List
Ingress QoS List
Egress Access Control List
Egress QoS List
When a packet enters the W310 through an interface, the W310 applies the policy lists in the
following order:

Apply the Ingress Access Control List.
If the Ingress Access Control List does not drop the packet:

Apply the Ingress QoS List.

The packet enters the W310 through the interface.
