W310 WLAN Gateway Wireless Features
To do the following . . .
Available frequency bands for Automatic Channel
Selection to scan. Values are any combination of:
Lower, Middle - U-NII Lower Band (5.15 - 5.25 GHz)
and U-NII Middle Band (5.25 - 5.35 GHz)
Lower, Middle, High - U-NII Lower Band (5.15 -
5.25 GHz), U-NII Middle Band (5.25 - 5.35 GHz), and
U-NII Upper Band (5.725 - 5.825 GHz)
This field is only active when Automatic Channel
Selection is enabled.
Use the drop-down to enable or disable RTS Threshold.
The default is disabled (2347). When enable you can set
the minimum size of an MAC Layer Protocol Data Unit
(MPDU) packet to allow an RTS/CTS handshake. Possible
values are 0 - 2347. A value of 2347 disables all RTS/CTS
handshake function.
Use the drop-down menu to enable or disable Load
Balancing. When enabled, the W110 (LAP) can send
traffic to a distribution system to be moved to multiple
destinations.
Click on the text box to enter, in milliseconds, the
maximum permitted processing time for a packet to travel
from the distribution system to the W110's (LAP)
transceiver. The range is 100 to 1000000 milliseconds. The
default value is 1000000.
Click on the text box to enter, in milliseconds, the
maximum permitted difference between adjacent LAPs
transmit processing time. The range is 100 to 1000000
milliseconds. The default value is 1000000.
