RMON Messages

RMON rising threshold alarm from SNMP OID <oid>.

Message Type

Probable Cause

Indicates that the threshold level was exceeded for the sample type of the remote monitoring (RMON)

Check the traffic on the interface using the show interface command.

Note that you can use the show interface command to check the traffic on the interface, provided the

statistics on the interface are not cleared using the clear counters command.

RMON falling threshold alarm from SNMP OID <oid>.
