To display the current time zone setup and then change it to GMT-3:30:
switch:admin> tsTimeZone
Time Zone Hour Offset: 0
Time Zone Minute Offset: 0
switch:admin> tsTimeZone -3, -30
Updating Time Zone configuration...done.
System Time Zone change will take effect at next reboot.
