Note
Make sure that the drive unit is operational.
Wait at least 1 min after power-on.
If the Module Status LED is:

Off: The drive unit is in the power off
state. Proceed with step 4.
Red, steady: Internal error. Proceed with
step 2.
E
Flashing red (~ 1Hz): Firmware error or
self-test failure.
Upgrade the firmware. If the problem
persists, the drive unit may be faulty, see
Replacing the drive unit on page
Flashing green (~ 1Hz): Communication
error to another module. Proceed with
step 3.
