Releasing a FRU From the System
With the replacefru Command
This section describes the procedure for releasing a FRU requiring maintenance from
the system. The following FRUs can be maintained.

Note - If the XSCF startup mode is high-speed mode, hardware cannot be replaced using the
replacefru command. Replace hardware with the input power turned off.

Log in to the XSCF shell.
Execute the replacefru command to display the maintenance menu.
