2. Move the electronics switch into the downward position.
3. Wait between 5 and 10 seconds, and then return the electronics switch to the upward
position.
4. Allow five minutes for the embedded PC inside the mass spectrometer to initialize, and
then return the Override switch to the upward position.
2.4 Leaving the mass spectrometer in Standby mode
When you are not using the instrument, stop the LC flow, and put the instrument in Source
Standby mode, to conserve energy and reduce nitrogen consumption (see the online Help for
details).
