2. If any element is broken, replace the
entire unit.
The silicon rectifier can be damaged if sub-
jected to overcharging. Special care should
be
taken to avoid a short circuit and/or in-
correct connection of the positive and nega-
tive leads at the battery. Never connect the
rectifier directly to the battery to make a
continuity check.

changer tout !'ensemble.
Si le redresseur au silicium est soumis
a
une
surcharge,
ii
peut etre endommage. Une at-
tention particuliere doit etre prise pour eviter
un court-circuit et/ou un mauvais branche-
ment des fils positif et negatif
a
la batterie.
Ne jamais bracher directement le redresseur
sur la batterie pour faire un controle de con-
tinuite.

roti, cambiar toda la unidad.
Al"El',ICION:
El rectificador de silicio puede dafiarse si es
sometido a sobrecarga. Debe tenerse especial
cuidado para evitar un cortocircuito y/o una
conexi6n incorrecta de los conductores posi-
tivo y negativo de la baterfa. Nunca conectar
el rectificador directamente a la baterfa para
hacer una verificaci6n de continuidad.
