Piston pin
1. Lightly oil the piston pin, and install it
in the small end of the connecting rod.
2. Check the free play. There should be no
noticeable vertical play. If any free play
exists, check the connecting rod for
wear. Replace the pin and connecting
rod as required.
3. Insert the piston pin in the piston, and
check the free play. There should be no
noticeable free play when the pin is in
place in the piston. If the piston pin is
loose, replace the pin and/or the piston
as required.

Axe de piston
I. Huiler legerement !'axe de piston puis
l'inserer dans le pied de bielle.
2. Controler le jeu. II ne doit pas y avoir de
jeu vertical sensible. S'il y a du jeu, con-
troler si la bielle n'est pas usee. Changer
l'axe et la bielle si necessaire.
3. Inserer !'axe de piston dans le piston puis
controler le jeu. II ne doit pas y avoir de
jeu sensible lorsque l'axe est en place
dans le piston. Si ]'axe de piston est
!ache, changer I' axe et/ ou le piston,
comme necessaire.

Aros de piston
1. Aceitar ligeramente el pasador del piston
e instalarlo en el pie de la biela.
2. Verificar el juego libre. No debe haber
juego vertical evidente. Si lo hubiera,
verificar el desgaste de la biela. Cambiar
el pasador y la biela segun sea necesario.
3. lnsertar el pasador del piston en este y
verificar el juego libre. No debe haber
juego libre evidente cuando el pasador
esta colocado en el piston. Si el pasador
se encontrara flajo, cambiar este y/o el
piston segun sea necesario.
