When sending an original consisting of several pages, you can select different
Image Density, Resolution and Original Types for each page.
Set your original, select the scan settings for the first page, dial and press
Start as you would normally. Then follow one of the following two procedures.
When the original is placed on the exposure glass
Restriction
Select density, resolution and original type while the machine is bleeping (for about
60 seconds in Memory Transmission, 15 seconds in Immediate Transmission). The
remaining time is shown on the display.
1 Remove the previous page and
place the next page.
2 Select the Image Density, Reso-
lution and Original type.
When the original is placed in the ADF
1 Select the Image Density, Reso-
lution and Original Type before the
next page is scanned.
