Disassembling the T-Wave ion guide assembly

Required materials
Chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves
Jeweler's screwdriver
To disassemble the T-Wave ion guide assembly
Warning:
contaminated with biohazardous and/or toxic materials. Always
wear chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves while performing
this procedure.
1.
Using the jeweler's screwdriver, remove the 3 screws securing the
locating ring to the T-Wave ion guide assembly.

Remove the metallized O-ring from the assembly.
Requirement:
damage, dispose of it in accordance with local environmental
regulations.

Remove the locating ring from the assembly.
