Cam Chain Tensioner Lifter - Honda CB HORNET 160R 2015 Shop Manual

CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Install and tighten the intake manifold bolts (2 nos.) as per
the specified torque.
BOLTS
TORQUE : 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ft)
Install the following:
– Cover cylinder head L-Side
– Cylinder head cover
– Exhaust pipe/muffler
– Spark Plug

CAM CHAIN TENSIONER LIFTER

CHOKE
REMOVAL
CABLE
STAY
Remove the bolts (2 nos.) and choke cable stay.
BOLTS
Remove the tensioner lifter plug pan screw.
PAN SCREW
Remove the mounting bolts (2 nos.).
BOLTS
Remove the cam chain tensioner lifter and gasket.
TENSIONER LIFTER
O-RING
GASKET
