MAINTENANCE

REAR BRAKE

DISC TYPE:
Inspect the brake hose and fittings for deterioration, cracks
and signs of leakage.
Tighten any loose fittings.
Replace hoses and fittings as required.
Refer to the brake bleeding procedures (page 14-4).

CLUTCH SYSTEM

INSPECTION
Check the cable and clutch lever for any looseness,
excessive play, or other damage.
Replace or repair them if necessary.
Inspect the clutch cable for kinks or damage, and lubricate
the cable.
Measure the clutch lever free play at the tip of the clutch
lever.
FREE PLAY: 10 – 20 mm (0.4 – 0.8 in)
