Remove the insulator plates.
Remove the following:
– Nut
– Washer
– Insulators
– O-ring
– Insulator plate
– Brush terminal
Check the bushing in the rear cover for wear or damage.
Measure the brush length.
SERVICE LIMIT: 6.5 mm (0.26 in)
