Oil Passages Inspection; Right/Left Crankcase - Honda CB HORNET 160R 2015 Shop Manual

OIL PASSAGES INSPECTION

Clean the oil passages of each crankcase using the
compressed air.
INSTALLATION
Lubricate the all bearing with engine oil.
Drive new bearings into the left crankcase with following
tools:

Mainshaft bearing:
Driver

Pilot, 17 mm
Mainshaft bearing:

LEFT CRANKCASE
Mainshaft bearing:
Driver

Pilot, 12 mm
Countershaft bearing:
Driver
Attachment, 42x47 mm 070GD-002I160
Pilot,20 mm
Apply grease to the new dust seal lips.
Install the countershaft and gearshift spindle dust seals
with following tools as shown.
