Calibrate Vacuum Pressure Span
Calibrate Flow Pressure Span

The Calibrate Vacuum Pressure Span screen allows the user to view and
set the vacuum sensor calibration span point.
To calibrate the vacuum sensor, zero a digital manometer (capable of
measuring up to 100 mmHg) to the + D P port on the rear panel. Then
push the toggle switch on the right inward to open (see

sensor. + D PA port uses for Channel A, and + D PB port uses for Channel

In the Main Menu, choose Service > Pres/Vacuum Calibration >

Vac/Flow or Vac/Flow B > Vac Pres Span. Vac/Flow B settings please

The Flow Pressure Span screen allows the user to view and set the flow
sensor calibration span point.
To calibrate the flow pressure sensor span point, the instrument must
be pulling an active flow through the filter tape. By use of a manometer,
connect the respective +/- ports of your NIST-traceable manometer to
the respective rear panel +/- ports. (Please be certain to zero any digital
manometers prior to connecting!) Open the ports by pressing the
toggle switches inward. Calculate an average reading from the reference
