This parameter ensures that the lead pump is
operating at a speed lower than a certain value
before the time-based alternation takes place.
This ensures that alternation only takes place
when the interruption in operation does not
affect the quality of the process and minimizes
the system disturbance caused by alternations.
The value is a percentage of the capacity of
pump 1. Setting this parameter to 0% disables it.
Function:
