Network Ingress QoS Policy Commands
match
Syntax
match [protocol protocol-id]
[no] match
Context
config>qos>network>ingress>ip-criteria>entry
Description
This command creates a context to configure match criteria for an ingress network QoS policy
match criteria. When the match criteria have been satisfied the action associated with the match
criteria is executed.
If more than one match criteria (within one match statement) are configured then all criteria must
be satisfied (AND function) before the action associated with the match is executed.
A match context can consist of multiple match criteria, but multiple match statements cannot be
entered per entry.
It is possible that a network QoS policy includes the dscp map command, the dot1p map
command, and an IP match criteria. When multiple matches occur for the traffic, the order of
precedence is used to arrive at the final action. The order of precedence is as follows:
1. 802.1p bits
2. DSCP
3. IP Quintuple
The no form of this command removes the match criteria for the entry-id.
Parameters
