Take the next fabric plane offline by issuing the

Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect

the strap to one of the ESD points on the chassis.
Remove and replace the offline SCB on the router with the SCBE.

Verify that the installation is successful and the SCB is online by issuing the
