ELECTRIC STARTER
Check for continuity between starter motor cable
terminal and positive brushes.
There should be continuity.
Check for continuity between positive brushes (ter-
minal bolt side) and rear cover.
There should be no continuity.
Check for continuity between positive and negative
brushes.
There should be no continuity.
Remove the screw/washer and negative brushes.
Remove the terminal nut.
