FUEL SYSTEM (PGM-FI)
Removal/Installation
Remove the left intake air duct from the air cleaner
housing (page 5-64).
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the diaphragm.
Turn the diaphragm counterclockwise and unhook
the diaphragm rod from the duct valve.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
IDC SOLENOID VALVE
Removal/Installation
Remove the air cleaner housing (page 5-61).
Disconnect the IDC solenoid valve 2P (Gray) connec-
tor.
Disconnect the vacuum hoses and remove the
screw and IDC solenoid valve.
Disconnect the vacuum hose and remove the screw
and vacuum chamber.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Align the vacuum
chamber boss with
the hole on the air
cleaner housing.
