3. IACV Circuit Continuity Inspection
Disconnect the ECM 33P (Black) connector.
Check the continuities between the ECM 33P
(Black) connector terminals and the IACV 4P
(Black) connector terminals.
CONNECTION: A19 – Black/yellow
TOOL:
Test probe
Are there continuities?
YES
NO
4. IACV Resistance Inspection
Measure the resistance at the IACV 4P (Black)
connector terminals.
CONNECTION: Black/yellow – Black/orange
STANDARD: 99 – 121 Ω (20 °C/68 °F)
Is the resistance within 99 – 121 Ω (20 ° C/68 ° F ) ?
YES
NO
DTC 33-2 (EEPROM)
1. Recheck DTC
Clear the ECM self-diagnosis memory data (page
5-14).
Turn the ignition switch ON and engine stop
switch "
Recheck the ECM EEPROM
Is the DTC 33-2 indicated?
YES
NO
