CRANKCASE/TRANSMISSION
Remove the dowel pin and countershaft bearing set
DOWEL PIN
ring.
Disassemble the countershaft.
Clean all disassembled parts in solvent thoroughly.
BEARING SET RING
Remove the shift drum bearing set bolts/washers.
BOLTS/WASHERS
Remove the fork shaft and shift forks.
SHIFT FORKS

Remove the shift drum and shift drum bearing.
