FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Apply fork fluid to the new oil seal lip.
Install the slider bushing, back-up ring and new oil
Install the oil seal
seal.
with its marked
side facing up.
Install the oil lock piece onto the fork tube end.
Apply fork fluid to the fork tube bushing and slider
bushing, then install the fork tube into the fork
slider.
Drive the oil seal in using the special tools.
TOOLS:
Fork seal driver weight
Oil seal driver attachment
Install the stopper ring into the fork slider groove
securely.
