Connect the fuel tank drain hose and breather hose
to the hose joint.
• Route the hoses, wires and harness properly
(page 1-24).
• Be careful not to damage the harness and hoses.
• After installing the fuel tank, make sure the drain,
breather and fuel hoses are not kinked or bound.
Connect the fuel level sensor 2P (Blue) connector.
CBF600S/SA:
Connect the fuel level sensor 2P (Green) connector.
CBF600N/NA:
Connect the quick connect fitting (page 5-52).
Remove the support tool, then install and tighten
the fuel tank front mounting bolts (page 3-6).

AIR CLEANER HOUSING

REMOVAL
Remove the cowl (page 2-9).
CBF600S/SA only:
Make the throttle cable freeplay at the handlebar
side (page 3-6).
Loosen the throttle cable nuts fully.
Disconnect the throttle cables from the throttle pipe.
Release the throttle cables from the clamp.
CBF600S/SA only:
Release the throttle cables from the guide.
