HYDRAULIC BRAKE
Install the brake hose with the oil bolt and new seal-
ing washers.
Push the eyelet joint against the stopper, then
tighten the oil bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 34 N·m (3.5 kgf·m, 25 lbf·ft)
Secure the rear brake light switch wire with the
clamp of right footpeg holder.
Connect the rear brake light switch 2P (Black) con-
nector.
Fill and bleed the hydraulic system:
– CBF600SA/NA (page 15-8)
– CBF600S/N (page 15-11)
Install the right side cover (page 2-5).

REMOVAL
Drain the front brake hydraulic system (page 15-7).
Remove the brake pads (page 15-15).
Remove the oil bolt, sealing washers and brake
Avoid spilling fluid
hose eyelet joint.
on painted, plastic,
or rubber parts.
Place a rag over
these parts
whenever the
system is serviced.
