19.2 License Status

Use this screen to look at the current status of licenses for subscription services,
such as IDP and content filtering. To open this screen, click a device, click Device

DESCRIPTION
This field displays whether you applied for a trial application (Trial)
or registered a service with your iCard's PIN number (Standard).
In addition for a ZLD-based ZyWALL, this field is blank when a
service is not activated. For an anti-virus service subscription this
field also displays the type of anti-virus engine.
This field displays the date your service expires.
In addition for a ZLD-based ZyWALL, you can continue to use IDP/
AppPatrol or Anti-Virus after the registration expires, you just
won't receive updated signatures.
This field is only available for a ZLD-based ZyWALL. This field
displays how many VPN tunnels you can use with your current
license. This field does not apply to the other services.
Enter your iCard's PIN number and click Update to activate or
extend a standard service subscription.
If a standard service subscription runs out, you need to buy a new
iCard (specific to your device) and enter the new PIN number to
extend the service.
Click this button to renew service license information, such as the
license key, registration status and expiration day. You might do
this if you restore the device to the default configuration file or
upload a different configuration file after you register the device on
www.myzyxel.com.
