Check the AC line for proper voltage.
Does the AC line have proper voltage?

Use an electrical outlet that has proper voltage.

Check the power cord for damage, and replace if necessary.

Check the cable on the LVPS and on the JLVPS connector on the
controller board for proper connection.
Is the cable properly connected at both ends?

Reconnect the cable.

Check the cable for continuity.

Replace the cable.
Does the problem remain?
Step 8
Measure the values of pin 4, 6, 8, and 11 to 26 of the JLVPS
connector on the controller board. See
