This procedure allows the operator to create an FFP that associates a Protecting or East
OC-192 facility with a Protected or West facility. When multiple facilities are supported
by module, grouping facility number on EAST and the facility number on the WEST
module must be same. i.e., port 1 OCn facility on EAST must be paired with port 1 WEST.
Similarly port 2 on EAST must be paired with port 2 on WEST facility to form a BLSR2
group.
