Output polarity specification
The polarity in the normal state can be specified as follows:
Use the PPG Output Polarity Specification bit (PCN.OSEL) to set.
("Normal state" means the state in which pulse output is not executed.)

To enable "L" level output (normal polarity)
To enable "H" level output (inverted polarity)
