Possible Cause
•
Power to the primary unit is off.
•
Phone is not connected to the
phone port on the primary unit.
•
The system does not recognize
the phone or it is unregistered.
•
The network is down.
The network cable is not

connected to the primary unit.
The network configuration has

not been done or has been done
incorrectly.

Manager is down or disabled.
The network is down.

Device configuration has not been
done or has been done incorrectly.

•
Check the power connection to the Cisco TelePresence
System, and verify that the system is turned on.

Check the cable connection from the primary unit to the

settings have been made for configuring the
