Description
Request calibration state:
smuX.CALSTATE_CALIBRATING
smuX.CALSTATE_LOCKED
smuX.CALSTATE_UNLOCKED
Unlock calibration (default password: KI0026XX)
Adjust current measurement range calibration*:
±range (measurement range to adjust).
cp1Measured (2606B measured value for calibration
point 1).
cp1Reference (reference measurement for calibration
point 1).
cp2Measured (2606B measured value for calibration
point 2).
cp2Reference (reference measurement for calibration
point 2).
Adjust voltage measurement range calibration*:
±range (measurement range to adjust).
cp1Measured (2606B measured value for calibration
point 1).
cp1Reference (reference measurement for calibration
point 1).
cp2Measured (2606B measured value for calibration
