RUN_LED_OVERRIDE is used to override RUN LED control.

Note: Bit 4 (override enable) is cleared when the AL status register is changed to valid values.
In general, RUN LED is automatically controlled by the AL status register (AL_STATUS:
0x0130). It is not necessary to override RUN LED in order to indicate the status of general
state machine.
For instance, it is available to use this register to indicate the specific slave position by
blinking.
