6.20.2.5 System Time Difference Register (DC_SYS_TIME_DIFF)
DC_SYS_TIME_DIFF indicates the average difference between the local copy of system time and the received system
time.

DC_SPEED_COUNT_START is used to set the bandwidth for adjustment of the local copy of system time.

system time.
0: The local copy of system time is greater than or equal to the received system time.
1: The local copy of system time is smaller than the received system time.
These bits indicate the average difference between the local copy of system time and the
received system time.

These bits set the bandwidth for adjustment of the local copy of system time. (A larger value
makes the bandwidth smaller and adjustment smoother.)
A write access resets the system time difference register (DC_SYS_TIME_DIFF: 0x092C)
and the speed counter difference register (DC_SPEED_COUNT_DIFF: 0x0932).
The range of valid value is 0x0080 to 0x3FFF.
