6.20.6.1 EtherCAT Buffer Change Event Time Register (DC_ECAT_CNG_EV_TIME)
DC_ECAT_CNG_EV_TIME indicates the local time of reception beginning of the frame which causes at least one
SyncManager to assert an ECAT event (buffer exchange).
