These bits indicate the number of timeout counts of process data watchdog. (Counting is
stopped when 0xFF is reached).
Counting starts if the process data watchdog expires.
The counter is cleared if one of the watchdog counter registers (WDC_DATA, WDC_PDI:
0x0442:0x0443) is written to.

0xFF is reached.)
