Sets the link speed

Enables/Disables the auto-negotiation
0: Disabled
1: Enabled
Sets the power-down mode
0: Normal operation
1: Power-down mode
Sets isolation
0: Normal operation
1: Electrically disconnected from the MII
Restarts the auto-negotiation process
0: Normal operation
1: Restarts the auto-negotiation process
Sets the duplex mode. This setting is invalid when bit 12 is 1.
