6.20.1 DC Receive Time Registers
6.20.1.1 Receive Time Port 0 Register (DC_RCV_TIME_PORT0)
DC_RCV_TIME_PORT0 is used to latch receive time of the frame at all ports if this register is written to, and to indicate
the receive time latched at port 0 if this register is read.

Write:
A write access to this register with BWR, APWR (any address), or FPWR (configured
address) command latches the local time of the beginning of the receive frame (first
start bit of preamble) at each port.
Read:
These bits indicate the local time of the beginning of the last receive frame containing a
write access to this register.
