Repeat Acknowledge
If this bit is set to the same value as bit 1 (repeat request) in the SyncManager activate
register (SMm.ACT: 0x0806+8*m), the PDI acknowledges the repeat request.
Deactivates SyncManager.
Read:
0: Normal operation, SyncManager is activated.
1: SyncManager is deactivated and reset. SyncManager locks access to the memory area.
Write:
0: SyncManager is activated.
1: SyncManager is deactivated.
