•
serial number of the card
•
indications that prompted replacement of the card

where a faulty card list was produced, identify the next faulty card on the list
and go to the appropriate card replacement procedure for that card in this
manual.
Get additional help replacing this card by contacting personnel responsible
for a higher level of support.
