The inactive unit could not establish two-way communication with CC and has
switched activity back to the originally active unit. You must clear all faults on
the inactive unit before attempting to clear the alarm condition on the active
unit.
Go to step 21.
At the equipment frame

Hang a sign on the active unit bearing the words: Active unit—Do not touch .
This sign should not be attached by magnets or tape.
At the MAP terminal

Observe the MAP display and determine the state of the inactive unit.
If state is

SysB, CBsy, ISTb, or InSv

Busy the inactive PM unit by typing
>BSY UNIT unit_no
and pressing the Enter key.

Reset the unit by typing
