20.2.1 Power-On Sequence When Not Using RAM Backup

The diagram below shows a power-on sequence (5.0 V, 3.3 V power supply) of the M32R/E when
not using RAM backup.

: Turn on the 3.3 V power supply after turning on the 5 V power supply.

After turning on all power supplies and holding the RESET pin low for an oscillation
stabilization time, release the RESET pin input back high (to deactivate reset).
