If you are copying an archived database from one ICP/INM/NMP into
another running the same FRX8000 release, go to step 6.
If you are loading an archived database into the same ICP/INM/NMP
(whether to the same or a new hard disk) running the same FRX8000
release, go to step 7.
If you are upgrading an ICP/INM/NMP to a new FRX8000 release,
go to step 7.
